Hello, I'm Laura.

(she/her)

High on life, I help queer people to thrive. That pretty much sums up the motivation behind my work.

I used to mostly just get by in survival mode. My emotions overwhelmed me, and life often felt like a constant struggle.

However, working with the nervous system, the embodiment of emotions, and trauma sensitivity has fundamentally changed my experience.

Today I move through my daily life with more calm, confidence and contentment – even when things get emotionally challenging.

This lived reality forms the basis of my work. I support other queer people in feeling more and more connected again – to themselves, to each other, and to life.

Our collective queer nervous system is on edge. Exhaustion, survival mode, and anxiety have long since become our constant state. But under these circumstances, we can neither think clearly, nor be truly supportive or optimistic.
